Primary Responsibilities Delivering clinical social work services to support patients and their families facing personal, familial, medical, and environmental challenges. Conducting psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, diagnosing conditions, and creating as well as executing treatment plans and interventions. Engaging in the development and execution of discharge and outpatient service strategies, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure effective treatment and service delivery. Essential Qualifications Education Master’s Degree in Social Work Experience Demonstrated clinical expertise and familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches. Prior experience in medical or hospital social work is preferred. Licensure MA LICSW is mandatory.
