Global IT Operations Director - Hybrid & End-User Infra

Marqeta is seeking an experienced Director of IT Operations to lead global helpdesk, endpoint engineering, and corporate IT. You will shape end-user compute strategies, drive security-aligned device management, and oversee SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Box, and Jira.
This role reports to the CSO and is a hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in management, ITIL/CompTIA certifications, and a proven ability to scale
