Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Bartlett, IL

Bartlett Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Location: Bartlett Dental 323 W Railroad Bartlett, IL 60103

Schedule:

• Tuesday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Every other Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• One Friday a month 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation:

• $45-$50 per hour base (commensurate with experience)
• Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!

Additional Information:

• PMS -Curve
• Time allotted for procedures
• NP - 90 min
• SRP per quad - 90 min
• Prophy - 60 min
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle - Yes
• Insurances accepted and FFS - Mixed

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of IL
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
