What You Will Do Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing warehouse team consisting of Supervisors, audit specialists and operators to achieve operational excellence Design and implement forward-thinking policies and strategies that push the boundaries of warehouse efficiency Manage financial reporting and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness Partner closely with our Supply Chain experts to track KPIs and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our operations Continuously monitor and refine warehouse performance metrics, driving improvements that accelerate throughput and quality Champion safety by fostering a culture of accountability and proactive risk management within the warehouse Collaborate with plant leadership to shape the vision and drive initiatives that align with our long‑term business goals Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven success in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management roles Expertise in inventory control, workflow optimization, and operational leadership in a fast-paced environment Experience building, coaching, and motivating teams to perform safely and efficiently Strategic thinker with experience designing and executing warehouse operational plans What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration Experience in the glass industry or a manufacturing environment At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
