You'll work directly with senior HR leadership and hiring managers across the organization to help identify, attract, and hire top talent. You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, improve recruiting processes, build talent pipelines, and help managers make stronger hiring decisions.

What You'll Do

You'll own the recruiting process from initial requisition through accepted offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the journey.

Success in this role includes:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, and corporate openings.
  • Building proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Leveraging sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and market research to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Conducting candidate screens and guiding hiring managers through effective selection processes.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor who helps managers make strong hiring decisions.
  • Tracking recruiting metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the firm's culture and values.
  • Leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll:

  • Successfully manage approximately 25–30 active requisitions.
  • Build stronger recruiting pipelines and reduce reliance on reactive recruiting.
  • Improve hiring manager satisfaction through proactive communication and partnership.
  • Influence hiring decisions through thoughtful candidate evaluation and market insights.
  • Help improve recruiting processes, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned about checking every box and more interested in finding someone who can deliver results.

Strong candidates will likely bring:

  • Corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.

Experience recruiting for professional services, engineering, technical, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, or similar industries is helpful but not required.

Work Location

This is an on-site position. The preference is for the recruiter to be based in Wichita, Kansas City or Oklahoma City so that they can have close proximity and maintain strong connections with hiring managers and leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

Target salary range: $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience, demonstrated recruiting capability, and overall fit.
