Overview

This role provides critical data entry and administrative support to ensure accurate billing, rebate processing, and service completion tracking. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and a strong proficiency in managing complex data sets across multiple platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Billing Account Creation: Create new billing accounts within the system to ensure accurate customer records.

• Billing Rebate Management: Compare property address data across multiple spreadsheets and system of record to identify and log matches for billing rebate purposes, and update reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Portal Management: Log in to National Account customer portals to monitor and track technician service activity.

• Work Order Oversight: Identify service work orders that have not been completed by technicians and flag them for follow-up.

• Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors to ensure all work orders are completed and ready for billing.

• Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy across Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Billing Execution: Responsible for processing daily and monthly billing tasks.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates degree or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of related-professional experience for each year of college requested.

Experience

• Proven experience in administrative support or a relevant data entry or reporting role.

• Demonstrated experience managing and comparing large data sets.

• Experience navigating customer portals or similar digital service platforms.

• Experience managing corporate billing and invoicing.

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, Tableau and/or QlikView

Pay Range

Yearly: $41,800.00 - $74,800.00
