We have a table that will have data inserted periodically throughout the day. Upon completion of the insert (and possibly updates) we’ll need two things to happen:

1. We’ll update data in a second table. This could be a simple update or possibly calling a stored procedure.
2. We’ll also need to initiate an e-mail
