Job Overview Portillo’s is seeking a Cook / Kitchen staff member to prepare classic menu items in a fast‑service environment. The role requires safety, quality and team‑oriented work. Responsibilities Prepare all classic menu items to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and additional fare. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces and other ingredients following provided recipes, maintaining quality and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized station and kitchen surface. Work collaboratively with teammates and guests to ensure efficient service. Work swiftly to serve long lines in a timely manner. Monitor portion control and food stock levels throughout the shift.
