Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces including arranging furniture and equipment.
- Greet and assist guests while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Provide information and directions to attendees as needed.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue regulations.
- Support event coordinators and managers with various tasks to maintain event flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Basic problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations professionally.
