Bartender

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and food pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and garnishes.
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
