We are home to the most iconic and beloved Christmas brands of this generation including The Elf on the Shelf, Elf Pets, and Elf Mates. 

The Seasonal Digital Engagement Associate  supports the Social Media team with community management and media monitoring for all social media platforms. They must actively engage with fans/communities for the company’s social media channels, domestically and abroad. He/she is also responsible for establishing and tracking media hits associated with consumer or corporate media outreach. They will monitor social media performance, understanding, and championing our brand voice, and writing social media content that keeps the company and its brands relevant for our fans. This is a fast-paced job which requires a quick thinking, eloquent approach. The ideal candidate is adept at community managing multiple pages with large audiences across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok. They may also assist with other marketing projects related to public relations, advertising, and event coordination, as needed.

The Seasonal Digital Engagement Associate  will:

• Community Management across a minimum of 4 social media channels;
• Media monitoring for consumer and corporate proactive and reactive placements;
• Issues and Crisis monitoring;
• Support Social Media team with Pinterest monthly uploads;
• Influencer and Celebrity monitoring;
• Content curation from User-generated content (UGC); and 
• Protects company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2+ years of experience coordinating social media for brands/organizations ; agency experience is a plus;
• At least 1 year of content creation experience;
• Understanding of social media platforms: Must know: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok; Nice to know: Pinterest, Threads
• Possesses strong interpersonal, written communication, and organization skills
• Familiar with UGC process and curation
• Ability to take on and express a unique brand voice
• Familiarity with social media management and visual curation tools a plus (specifically Sprout Social)

 

Education requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field required.
