Registered Nurse - Hospice

HH/RN Hospice Visits/Day
5 years of experience required. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: every other. Certifications required: BLS. Is on-call required? No. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? No. Locals accepted. Local radius rule: No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility. Pending license accepted: Yes. Territory/County covering: 40-80 miles. Mileage reimbursed? Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.55 per mile. RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days. Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the contractor personnel is assigned. Special requirements: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, this RN case manager will support a patient load of 15-18 patients. Must have hospice RNCM experience. HOSPICE: Home care/nursing home visit nurses, med management, supply management, DME management, wound care, teaching admissions, triage visits, routine visits. Provide care and support to patients and families at end of life.
