Part-Time | 30hrs/week, Mon-Fri 1:00PM-7:00PM

Salary: $20-$70/hr

We are currently seeking a Fee-for-Service (FFS) Children's Therapist to provide flexible, part-time therapy services to children and adolescents in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist who wants a consistent part-time schedule working with kids in the community.

What You'll Do:

• Perform assessments to evaluate mental health, substance use, and behavioral conditions in children and adolescents
• Develop individualized, prescriptive treatment plans
• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based, brief/focal models of care
• Track patient progress using outcome tools
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and other providers
• Advocate for each child's rights and needs across the treatment team
• Complete documentation in a timely, compliant manner

What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in a human services field
• Active licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and organizational skills; sound clinical judgment

The day-to-day demands of this role require an extreme level of patience and de-escalation that may not align with your personal strengths or current coping strategies.
