On-Call Caregiver Position
PC Home Health is seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to join our team as On-Call Caregivers. On-call caregivers are vital to ensuring continuity of care for our clients. As an on-call caregiver, you will receive $75/day for each on-call day you commit to, provided you are available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you are called in to work a shift, you will receive an additional $10/hour for the hours worked. On-call caregivers must remain available during their selected days and cannot refuse work assignments. Failure to fulfill your on-call commitments will result in forfeiture of the $75/day on-call pay.
Selected Shift Options: Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday

What You'll Do
Be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on selected on-call days Fill in for any last-minute callouts to ensure continuity of client care Provide quality caregiving services, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities Use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts as needed Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team Document client care and report changes in condition promptly
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous caregiving experience required Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility equipment Must be dependable and committed to on-call responsibilities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable
