Physical Therapist - Acute Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join our state-of-the-art 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals experiencing severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to optimize health, function, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions.
• Implement individualized therapy interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress utilizing electronic health records.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Must have a current Physical Therapist license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred, particularly in stroke and spinal cord injury care.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift schedule from 08:00 to 16:30, with a guaranteed 32 hours per week.
