Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Madison, IN

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: 2nd 

What's the Job?

• Operate and tend plastic molding machines, such as compression or injection molding machines, to produce small plastic parts.
• Document and perform quality checks on parts produced to ensure they meet specifications.
• Assist in moving between multiple machines as needed, supporting a steady workflow.
• Maintain a clean and climate-controlled work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols to ensure efficient production processes.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work a scheduled shift, including first, second, or third shifts.
