Taylor's Tool and Supply is a subsidiary of The Taylor Group of Companies.Principal AccountabilitiesProperly secure vehicle to lift/alignment machine to ensure safe operation.Properly align vehicle as per company specificationsProperly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicleProperly dismount and remount tires onto wheels without damaging eitherOperate all related equipment and tools as trained.Operate independently and as a team member.Perform and demonstrate customer service satisfactionInspect and replace steering components, shock absorbers, tie rods, and ball joints.Assist in performing inventory control accuratelyPaperwork - any and all related requirementsHousekeeping is maintained daily.Other tasks as assigned.QualificationsJob Requirements:High school graduate or GED equivalent.ASE are a plus.Prior knowledge of tire related equipment and tools a plusValid driver's licenseLift a minimum of 45 pounds.Medical/prescriptionDentalVisionVacation10 holidays401KLife insurancePerform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industry.
