About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel / Associate General Counsel for Disputes to take on a pivotal role in managing its global disputes portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of matters, including commercial and employment disputes, intellectual property, and government and regulatory inquiries. This high-impact position requires the ability to lead the company's response to various legal challenges, from early assessment to resolution, and to partner with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal recommendations that align with business objectives. The role also involves advising on employment matters, supporting the commercial team in negotiations, and counseling executives on litigation risk and emerging legal developments. Applicants should have approximately 6-10 years' of litigation or disputes experience, with a strong background in managing complex commercial disputes and a proven track record of success in this area. The ideal candidate will have a mix of law firm and in-house experience, with a preference for those who have been exposed to employment disputes, internal investigations, or government and regulatory inquiries. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. A J.D. and active bar admission are required, and experience in enterprise software, cloud services, data centers, artificial intelligence, or cybersecurity is a plus. The position is fully remote within the United States and offers the opportunity to shape the legal strategy of a rapidly growing technology company.
