Supply Chain Analyst

This role involves providing detailed assistance to a team focused on minimizing asset discrepancies and recovering associated costs. The work encompasses investigating instances of product discrepancies and pursuing potential recovery avenues. It necessitates collaboration across multiple internal and external departments, including fulfillment operations, distribution, customer relations, and third-party logistics partners. A solid foundation in data analysis is vital, as you will utilize various data sources to resolve operational exceptions. Your capacity to scrutinize data, identify patterns, and convey findings is essential for minimizing product discrepancies and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Duties: Evaluate and interpret documentation to verify responses related to product discrepancies. Utilize data visualization and analysis tools to examine product discrepancy data. Process credit adjustments for clients based on research outcomes. Adhere to established timelines to complete discrepancy investigations for incoming and outgoing shipments and respond to inquiries from external clients and internal analysts. Maintain clear communication with designated carrier and supplier teams, as well as internal and field management. Monitor carrier delivery confirmation compliance by supporting carrier contacts and escalating recurring issues to management. Prepare and submit recovery claims with high accuracy. Handle miscellaneous projects as assigned. Ability to define, analyze, and resolve issues using data, logical reasoning, and justification. Adapt to changing business priorities. Ability to process and analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights. Work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting. Required Skills: 1-3 years of professional experience in a related area (Claims, Transportation, Logistics/Supply Chain). Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with data analysis tools such as data visualization software. Proficiency with standard office software suites. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
