Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected boutique litigation firm to identify a Senior Litigation Associate for its expanding practice. The preferred candidate will be based in the Malvern, PA office (hybrid) , though the firm is also open to an experienced attorney working remotely from New Jersey or New York who is licensed in both states.

Location

• Preferred: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
• Also considering: Remote candidates located in New Jersey or New York who are licensed in both states.

The Ideal Candidate

• Five or more years of litigation experience.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania, with New Jersey admission strongly preferred.
• Remote candidates should be licensed in both New Jersey and New York.
• Proven ability to independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and handling court appearances.
• Defense-side litigation experience required.
• Insurance defense, transportation/trucking defense, or general civil defense litigation experience preferred.
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and working closely with paralegals.
