Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required Must-Have: - Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. - At least 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience. - Scheduling flexibility. Description: Mission Client is recognized as one of the best hospitals in the nation for providing high clinical quality year over year. The facility has achieved an A grade for patient safety. It has also earned a prestigious designation for nursing excellence. The hospital serves as a referral center for trauma, stroke care, and neonatal intensive care. The endoscopy unit has a variety of procedural rooms and a dedicated staff. Equipment includes Olympus scopes and processors, along with advanced imaging technology. Typical procedures performed include EBUS, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, and ERCP. Candidates should possess flexibility and self-motivation. There are 2 weekend 24-hour call shifts required in a 6-week period. Dress code consists of surgical scrubs, which are provided.
