Even if you do not meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply.How You Will Make an ImpactCore Accounting & Financial Operations• Prepare financial statements and supporting reconciliation documentation• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across all accounts• Perform account reconciliations including bank, AR, AP, and intercompany accounts• Support month-end close processes and accrual entriesAR/AP & Billing Management• Oversee AR/AP processes and ensure timely, accurate processing• Manage the billing process including recurring MSP agreements and project-based work• Drive AR collections performance and resolve billing issues through completion• Support implementation of AR optimization initiatives and dunning processesPayroll & HR Collaboration• Supervise payroll accounting process and work collaboratively with HR and other departments• Ensure accurate payroll-related accruals and reconciliationsAnalysis & Reporting• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Provide variance analysis and commentary for monthly reporting, including budget-to-actual reports• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and support financial operations as we build department and business-line P&Ls with clear visibility into margins and performance• Support ad hoc financial projects and special analysis as neededProcess Improvement & Systems• Streamline accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy• Support automation initiatives and ERP system enhancements• Contribute to SOP development and documentation of financial processesWhat You Bring• 3-5 years of accounting experience; public accounting or M&A experience strongly preferred• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, including considerations for multi-entity, multi-location structures• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and NetSuite (or similar accounting software)• Solid account reconciliation experience• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Strong time-management abilities and attention to detailWhat We Love to See• MSP or professional services industry experience preferred• Experience with recurring revenue models and subscription billing• Process automation experienceLocation • Within a commutable distance from Tulsa, OK • Remote with the possibility for hybrid work in the futureWhat We Offer• Competitive Salary: $80k - $100k• Comprehensive Benefits: Company-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision, 401k, development fund• PTO: Flexible vacation, paid holidays, sick days, and mental wellness days
