Every BMW we sell begins with a phone call, a web chat, or an internet inquiry. No purchase is completed without a visit to the showroom, and securing that visit is the central responsibility of this role. You are the first impression a customer forms of the #1 BMW dealer in New England.

Tulley has been family owned since 1957. Our BMW franchise climbed from 8th in New England to 1st, and has held that spot since 2013. The Internet Sales Department you would be joining has grown 400% in four years by running on data instead of guesswork.

What you will actually do

• Answer inbound calls, web chats, and internet leads from people already shopping a BMW, and turn those conversations into scheduled appointments
• Re-engage customers who inquired but never visited. The majority of sales are earned in the follow-up rather than in the first conversation
• Own a book of Tulley customers and keep them Tulley customers. Our lease and loan portfolio is the bread and butter of this store
• Know the inventory perfectly, so you can speak to any vehicle in stock with authority the moment a customer asks
• Keep your CRM clean. The next person who touches that customer is working off your notes
• Confirm every appointment so the customer shows up, the car is ready, and nobody's time gets wasted

Onsite in Nashua. Weekends are part of the rotation. 

• You can hold a conversation with anyone and write an email that does not need to be rewritten
• You are comfortable being measured. You will know exactly where you stand every day, and so will we
• You chase the answer instead of waiting for it
• You can juggle dozens of open conversations without dropping one
• No automotive experience required. We would rather train the right person than untrain the wrong one

Who does well here, and who does not

You will do well here if you want your paycheck tied to your output, you like having a scoreboard, and a goal that sits just outside your reach motivates you instead of stressing you out. 

You will not do well here if you want a quiet desk with low call volume, you would rather not know your numbers, or you cannot work weekends.

What is pays, and where it goes from there

$65,000 to $90,000+ in total annual compensation, depending on your production. That is a competitive hourly base plus uncapped monthly commission on every appointment that shows and every vehicle that delivers.

Our commission tiers are retroactive. When your volume crosses into a higher tier, the higher rate applies to every appointment and every unit you produced that month, not only the ones past the threshold. A single additional appointment can therefore be worth several hundred dollars.

There is also a level above this seat. Our Lease Portfolio Manager and Loan Portfolio Manager roles earn double credit on every shown appointment and every delivery, which takes total compensation beyond $115,000. That is the ladder, and this is where you start climbing it.

Training is paid from your first day. New hires complete a structured onboarding program, developed in house, covering the BMW product line, our sales process, and our CRM.
