About Del Sol

• Level II Trauma Center
• Annual patient volume of 60,000
• 34 bed ED
• EMR: Meditech
• M*Model Dictation: a speech-to-text documentation platform that streamlines charting, enhances accuracy, and reduces administrative responsibility; this tool helps clinicians spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork
• 49 hours of physician coverage (9-, 10-, 11-hour shifts)
• 20 hours of APC coverage

Position Requirements

• Board prepared or board certified in emergency medicine through American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM), American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• Texas medical license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date

Pay Structure

• Independent contractor status (1099)
• Competitive compensation
• $40,000 sign-on with a 2-year commitment
