Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Journeyman Electrician to join our team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our facility's electrical systems. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to support overall facility operations.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician journeyman program preferred.
- Valid electrician's license.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
