OneLife Health & Performance OneLife Health & Performance is a physician-owned, membership-based medical practice in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We deliver primary and concierge medicine alongside advanced diagnostics, regenerative medicine, hormone and peptide therapy, human performance, and aesthetics, entirely on a cash-pay basis. The practice has served communities in Florida for more than a decade. Position Summary The Brand Copywriter & Content Specialist is the writer behind the OneLife voice. This role is responsible for producing exceptional, on-brand copy across every patient-facing channel and for translating Dr. Ken Winnard’s and the Chief Marketing Officer’s vision, messaging direction, and brand standards into content that educates, builds trust, and drives growth. Copywriting is the heart of the position; social media, email, and content execution are how that writing reaches our audiences. This is a hands-on execution role. The specialist develops copy within the approved messaging direction, maintains the content calendar, coordinates creative assets, publishes and schedules social content, owns email and newsletter execution, engages with the community, and uses performance data to continually improve. The role works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, who set the strategy this role executes. Position Requirements 3–5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content marketing, brand marketing, social media, or a related role, with copywriting as a core strength A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form and long-form writing across digital channels Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, grammar, and storytelling skills Proven ability to learn and write in an established brand or leadership voice, adapting tone appropriately by platform and audience Demonstrated experience creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms Experience building and managing content calendars and multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, customer journeys, SEO, conversion-focused copy, and content performance Comfort using AI and modern content tools responsibly to research, brainstorm, edit, repurpose, and accelerate writing Comfort collaborating directly with Dr. Ken Winnard, the Chief Marketing Officer, providers, designers, photographers, videographers, and outside partners Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Local to the Palm Beach area and able to work in-office full time Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferred Healthcare, wellness, longevity, fitness, performance, hospitality, or luxury consumer brand experience preferred Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary writer for OneLife, producing on-brand copy across website, social, email, campaigns, video, events, promotions, and other patient-facing communications Learn Dr. Ken’s voice and point of view well enough to draft content on his behalf that requires minimal revision Execute OneLife’s established brand voice, messaging framework, positioning, tone, and visual standards consistently across all content Translate the vision, service priorities, memberships, launches, promotions, and events into compelling content Maintain a clear, organized editorial and social content calendar with defined deadlines, approvals, and publishing dates Ensure content moves from idea to execution on time and meets OneLife’s standards for quality, accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency Copywriting Write compelling, patient-focused copy for website pages, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, blogs and articles, digital campaigns, video scripts, presentations, events, promotions, and marketing collateral Develop strong headlines, hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that bring the approved messaging strategy and OneLife vision to life Translate complex medical, wellness, performance, and longevity topics into clear, benefit-driven content while maintaining accuracy and compliance Write internal and sales-enablement copy as needed — phone and consult scripts, front-desk and in-office messaging, info sheets, and talking points — so the OneLife voice is consistent in person as well as online Proofread and quality-check all content for grammar, accuracy, consistency, formatting, links, and brand voice before publication Email & Newsletter Own the writing and execution of OneLife’s email marketing — promotional campaigns, announcements, and lifecycle communications — as a core, regular deliverable Write and produce a recurring monthly newsletter that keeps patients and prospects engaged with OneLife’s services, education, and offers Build email content that drives measurable action, and coordinate segmentation, scheduling, and send cadence with the marketing team Track email performance (open, click-through, and conversion) and refine subject lines, copy, and offers over time Social Media Execution Execute OneLife’s social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, adapting content to each Create platform-specific posts, captions, stories, carousels, short-form video concepts, Reels, and scripts Schedule and publish approved content across all OneLife social channels and maintain publishing consistency Coordinate photography, videography, provider content, content days, and other creative assets, and identify timely opportunities to capture content from Dr. Ken, providers, patients, events, and the OneLife environment Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement; coordinate responses and escalation when appropriate Stay current on platform changes, formats, and trends, and repurpose high-performing content across platforms to extend reach Content Performance & Optimization Monitor content and social performance to understand what topics, messages, formats, and creative approaches resonate Track relevant metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, website traffic, click-throughs, leads, and conversions Share insights and recommendations to improve hooks, formats, topics, cadence, and calls-to-action Test approved content approaches and expand, repurpose, or amplify what performs;
