Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers. Job Description Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and recommend products, including packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. Maintain customer payment status and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Transport lift/move items up to 35 pounds. Walk throughout facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris. Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : A valid driver’s license is required. Employees must use their own vehicle to travel between work locations or for work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement is available.
