Chargoy Allstate Agency is seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. You will help customers with their insurance needs, generate new business, and build lasting relationships. Licensed insurance professionals are preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial Insurance

Cross-sell and bundle policies

Build strong customer relationships

Meet sales goals and performance expectations

Provide excellent customer service

Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong communication and sales skills

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Property Casualty (General Lines PC) License preferred

Life Insurance License preferred

We can help qualified candidates obtain their Life Insurance License

Previous insurance or sales experience preferred

Unlicensed candidates may be considered at a lower starting pay rate

Must be motivated, dependable, and serious about building a career
