The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth! Your Role at Sally Beauty: Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations. May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally. Working around moving parts, carts, or machines, with occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
