About the Role

The Recruiting Director will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing recruiting strategies designed to attract high-quality sales professionals.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, understands the importance of building strong teams, and has a passion for identifying and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, interview, and recruit qualified sales professionals and leadership candidates.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Leadership Collaboration: Partner with sales managers and organizational leadership to identify hiring needs and support team expansion.
• Recruiting Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including candidate activity, interviews, hires, and retention.
• Organizational Growth: Continuously evaluate recruiting strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies independently.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Experience managing recruiting pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals or working in the insurance industry is preferred.
