- Salesforce Functional Consultant experience
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience
- Strong functional/business-facing consultant background
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions
- User stories and acceptance criteria experience
- Stakeholder-facing experience working with business users
- Agile/Scrum experience
