Emergency Room Charge Registered Nurse

This 13-week ER Charge RN role provides high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment while leading and mentoring nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency care following facility protocols and standards
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to clinical policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
• Execute emergency procedures promptly and efficiently, ensuring patient safety at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid registered nursing license (RN) in the state of Montana
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• At least 2 years of ER experience, supervisory experience, and strong Med/Surg and LTC experience
• Professionalism, teamwork, adaptability to facility protocols, and willingness to follow procedures without question
