$42,800.00-$57,100.000 Pay Transparency The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position. - Align, test, troubleshoot, and repair high-power RF amplifiers
- Tune amplifiers to meet customer specifications across S-, C-, X-, and Ku-Bands
- Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other test equipment
- Apply soldering skills for tuning and adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance goals
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills (required)
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions (required)
- Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurements (required)
- Solid computer skills (required)
- Soldering experience for electronic components (required)
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military/work experience (required)
- 2+ years of experience in RF or electronics testing (advantage)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance (required)
