Production Manager

Production Supervisor

Review incoming jobs, build and prioritize the production schedule, and coordinate outside finishing

Manage shift and overtime scheduling to optimize staff and equipment to ensure on-time delivery

Monitor job progress and inspect products for conformance to specs and quality standards

Supervise production staff, support hiring, conduct performance reviews, identify training opportunities, and resolve grievances

Troubleshoot operational and maintenance issues while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Manage inventory and supply needs, lead efforts to reduce waste, and improve operational processes

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service and deadline issues

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, with print or packaging industry experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

Solid understanding of quality control processes

Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team

Strong commitment to workplace safety and clear communication skills
