The Opportunity

We are looking for hungry, driven sales professionals to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing brand. While we welcome top-tier sales talent from all backgrounds, candidates with prior experience selling windows are highly preferred and will move to the front of the line.

This is a unique hybrid sales role. You won’t just be hunting for your own deals; you will also be closing incoming leads. You will drive new business through strategic door-to-door outreach while also capitalizing on warm, inbound leads generated directly from our website’s quoting tool and incoming phone calls.

What You Will Do

• Prospect & Hunt: Generate new business through targeted door-to-door neighborhood outreach, identifying homeowners who need window replacements.
• Close Warm Leads: Respond promptly to high-quality inbound leads generated by our website’s quoting tool and phone inquiries.
• Consultative Selling: Meet directly with homeowners to uncover their needs, explain the Smart Seal Exteriors difference (transparency and better pricing for top-tier products), and close the sale.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up with prospects, manage your lead pipeline, and ensure a seamless handoff to our installation teams.
• Represent the Brand: Act as the face of Smart Seal Exteriors, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Closers: Previous experience in window or exterior home improvement sales is strongly preferred. If you know how to pitch windows, you will thrive with our pricing model.
• Self-Motivated Hustlers: You are disciplined, competitive, and comfortable working in a 100% commission-based, results-driven environment.
• Clear Communicators: You have strong verbal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners.
• Adaptable Professionals: You are coachable, resilient, and excited by the fast pace of a young, growing company.
• Logistics: You must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and a smartphone.

Pay: Commission Based $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
