The Digital Markets organization is responsible for driving digital transformation across Global Markets, including automation, distribution and execution. The role specifically sits within the Client Platforms team that is responsible for internal- and external-facing client platforms, developing innovative and industry-leading products and client experience.

Job Summary

As a Product Manager within the Client Platforms team, you will be responsible for executing on the platforms and digital capabilities that support our Corporate Access business and will work closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Research, Technology, Design, Quantitative Research and other partners to understand the business and client needs, translate those needs into scalable product capabilities, and deliver intuitive, efficient workflows for both internal users and clients. The role will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development of technology used across the Corporate Access lifecycle, including event planning and management, client targeting and engagement, meeting coordination, content and communications, and post-events insight.

This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of business, technology, and client experience with an opportunity to modernize critical workflows, improve connectivity across platforms and data, and deliver on a multi-year growth strategy of creating a best-in-class client experience.

Job responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms supporting the Corporate Access business lifecycle
• Translate complex business and client needs into clear, scalable product requirements and technology solutions
• Partner closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Research, Technology, Design, and Quantitative Research to deliver intuitive workflows for internal users and clients
• Manage end-to-end product development including requirements gathering, user journey design, testing, implementation, adoption, and measurement
• Use data, user feedback, and business context to inform product decisions and prioritize competing needs
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows, improve platform connectivity, and deliver on a multi-year client experience growth strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within financial services, technology, or another complex, highly regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, prioritize competing needs, and manage a product roadmap from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, including requirements gathering, user journey design, testing, implementation, adoption, and measurement
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable product and technology solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, user feedback, and business context to inform product decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, technology, design, data, and other cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience within Corporate Access, Global Markets, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or a related Capital Markets function
• Familiarity with Corporate Access workflows, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, corporate targeting, scheduling, client engagement, and post-event analytics
• Experience owning or developing enterprise platforms, workflow tools, CRM capabilities, client-facing applications, or event management technologies
• Strong understanding of the competitive and technology landscapes across financial services, particularly as it relates to digital client experiences and workflow platforms
