What You Will Do

• Consultative In-Home Sales: Conduct thoroughly professional, in-home consultations to evaluate homeowners' heating and cooling needs. You aren't just selling boxes; you are engineering custom home comfort and efficiency solutions.
• Lead Execution & Conversion: Respond promptly to warm, company-provided sales leads and technician turnovers. Build relationships, establish trust, and close the deal.
• Load Calculations & Design: Perform accurate home layout assessments to recommend correctly sized, high-efficiency systems (variable-speed equipment, tankless solutions, heat pumps, etc.). We will fully train you on this.
• Transparent Communication: Present clear, tiered options to customers using our custom digital sales tools, helping them select the right financial and technical solution for their home.
• End-to-End Ownership: Complete necessary financing paperwork and detailed installation notes to ensure a seamless hand-off to our elite installation crews. Follow up post-install to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of high-ticket, consultative closing experience (In-home sales, residential trades, automotive, solar, or premium cellular sales are highly preferred).
• The "Grinder" Mindset: A self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to control your own income through performance.
• Elite Communication: Ability to break down complex technical choices into simple, value-driven decisions for homeowners.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evening and Saturday hours to meet homeowners when they are available.
• Professional Standards: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Must match our commitment to clean, safe, and professional service in every home.
