What You'll Do
- Provide advanced emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information in compliance with hospital policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code responses
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
What You Need
- Valid Kansas or compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 3 years' ER nursing experience; 5+ preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
