Summary Position Summary Under moderate supervision, performs a range of diagnostic imaging procedures across Angiography, Interventional Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology. Partners with physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions while ensuring patients and families are clearly informed about procedures and special requirements.

Currently an X-Ray Tech? We will train you — this role is open to qualified X-Ray Techs ready to take the next step. Why this role is different In IR, you‘re in the room when it matters most — part of the intervention while it‘s happening, not handing off a file. No two days look alike.

What You‘ll Do Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in Angiography, IR, and Diagnostic Radiology settings Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures Communicate procedure details, preparation requirements, and expectations to patients and families Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards What You‘ll Bring Associate‘s degree or equivalent (2 years of college); specialized field knowledge required 3–5 years of relevant imaging experience Active

ARRT Certification Active

Maryland State License Current
