As a Used Car Technician at Toyota of Cool Springs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our pre-owned vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, conducting thorough inspections, and performing necessary maintenance tasks. • Starting pay $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on flat-rate hours)
• We Pay for additional ASE certification testing and Toyota Training
• Additional bonuses paid based on ASE certification level

Performing diagnostic tests and identifying any issues with multiple makes of vehicles

Completing repairs efficiently and effectively to meet high-quality standards

Conducting thorough inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential problems

Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations

Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs

Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on used vehicles

Minimum of 2 ASE certifications

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
