You will also partner with fellow Planners to propel sales. The Planner will analyze results to decide next actions and make observations around overall trends of a business. Factors such as customer experience, margin, current events, return rates and new names will be considered and discussed as it relates to the business.We have openings on our Culinary, Accessories, & Home Innovations teams. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoPrioritize on-air sales and productivity maximizationScript assigned shows for all channels according to scripting guidelines, basing decisions around productivity guidelinesWork with planning partners across all channelsStrategize items to maximize selling exposures. Including identification and execution of reorders encouraging the future development of the item as a part of the actions takenParticipate in seasonal planning, quarterly planning and assortment planning for assigned categoriesIdentify and react to promotional opportunities including: Flex Pay usage, Shipping & Handling discounts, Sale pricing discountsPrice product, manage markdowns and manage category margin to the assigned goalAnalyze show / item performance and recommend/initiate next actionsMonitor and advise on programming adjustments across all channelsWhat You'll BringBachelor's Degree required in Marketing analytics, Merchandising, Business, or relevant field3+ years of experienceYou love working with data and have knowledge of the retail industry to develop ideas, build strategies and achieve the needed results for the assigned category of business.Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you'll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
