This position is designed for an associate-level clinician completing supervised postgraduate practice who wants to strengthen their assessment, treatment-planning, documentation, and therapeutic skills.The clinician will conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide psychotherapy within their approved supervised scope, monitor client progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Regular supervision and case consultation will be provided in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs.Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.Provide individual, couples, or family therapy within your education, credential, and supervised scope.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.Complete progress notes, risk assessments, and other clinical records accurately and on time.Participate in supervision, case consultation, and clinical development activities.Follow all applicable ethical, privacy, reporting, and telehealth requirements.
