• Manage ongoing onboarding, local learning delivery, and time & attendance support.
• Provide HR advice and guidance, using business knowledge to proactively address HR concerns.
• Support the implementation of local projects and initiatives within the business unit.
• Identify service issues, propose improvements, and support the implementation of changes.
• Offer Employee Relations support where necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA.
• Proficient in navigating HR portals and self-service transactions.

Preferences:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a business unit or plant environment.
• Experience with local learning delivery and time & attendance systems.
