ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Architectural Designer Brickmoon Design Location: (In-Office) Wimberley, TX Employment: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Position Summary Brickmoon Design is seeking to hire a talented and dedicated Architectural Designer to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in all phases of the architectural design process and must be passionate about contributing to our vision of “great houses and happy homeowners”. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with drafting, detailing, production and coordination. Collaborate with clients to understand and support their vision, preferences, and project goals. Complete architectural documents through all phases of the process – SD, DD, and CD using Revit. Work with the Design Director to manage project flow to ensure all commitments are met. Perform field measurements of existing homes and accurately input the information for “as builts”. Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to the team and clients. Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members. Other general office support duties as assigned. Qualifications Candidate must have a Bachelor of Architecture or similar degree. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in all phases of residential design with an emphasis on production and construction documentation. Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCad, and Microsoft Office Suites are required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. A positive attitude and passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members.
