Join Our Team as a Childcare Teacher Assistant!
Are you passionate about working with children and helping them learn and grow? Rich Beginnings Child Care Center in Rochester NY is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team! As a Childcare Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead teachers and providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.
Responsibilities:- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and daily classroom activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to children
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Assist with meal and snack times
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
As a Childcare Teacher Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. Your passion for early childhood education and dedication to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for children to learn and grow will be an essential part of our team.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with young children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patient, compassionate, and caring attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent

We offer a variety of programs and activities to support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Our goal is to help children reach their full potential and prepare them for future success in school and in life.
Hours:
- 11:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday *We can be flexible with these hours*
