Our multidisciplinary team supports individuals on their recovery journey through a blend of clinical expertise and a strong therapeutic foundation.We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. This role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of clinical programming, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting staff development, and maintaining excellence in client care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight and leadership to all mental health and SUD treatment programsSupervise, train, and support a team of licensed therapists, case managers, and clinical support staffDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client goalsMonitor clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with state and federal guidelinesLead regular case conferences and team meetings to foster collaboration and high standards of careCollaborate with administrative leadership on program development, performance metrics, and auditsEnsure all services comply with licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines
