Position: General Labor
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Location: Stanwood, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Laborer to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Assist with material movement and organization within the facility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Support production operations as needed
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality essential
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must read and write in English
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Positive attitude committed to safety

- Material Handler II & I experience
- Shipping/Receiving familiarity
- Electric knowledge
- Cherry Picker operation
