Innovative Smiles at the Forum is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team.

About Us:

• Join a 13-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community
• Hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8-5, Wednesday and Friday 8-3. (Every other Friday)
• We are a well-established, positive and upbeat team that values teamwork and a high level of communication. COME GROW WITH US!

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
