Facility ManagerThis is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations of a 20-person bitcoin mining facility. The Facility Manager leads a team of site technicians and is responsible for keeping the facility running at peak efficiency, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and equipment uptime.Schedule: Full-time, on-site.Compensation: $65,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonus.What You'll Do: The Facility Manager supervises and mentors a team of site technicians, setting clear performance expectations and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This includes coordinating daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to maintain consistent operational uptime, along with regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training to strengthen technical capability across the team.Day to day, this role manages end-to-end facility operations, overseeing monitoring and maintenance of performance and uptime across the site. The Facility Manager develops and enforces preventive maintenance schedules, including building and container filter changes, miner cleaning, and system inspections, and monitors environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and dust, directing corrective actions to protect equipment longevity. Accurate operational logs, incident reports, and performance records are maintained throughout.On safety and compliance, the Facility Manager enforces site safety policies and ensures the team adheres to OSHA guidelines, PPE requirements, and electrical safety protocols, while maintaining compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This includes conducting regular safety walkthroughs, identifying hazards, implementing corrective measures proactively, and serving as the on-site point of contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a technical operations roleAt least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacityProven experience managing teams in an industrial environmentStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to perform physically demanding tasks on-sitePreferred Qualifications:Associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineeringExperience in a bitcoin mining or data center environmentCompensation and Benefits:$65,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonusMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume for consideration.
