through the car buying process. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a

crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties for the Automotive Sales Consultant

- Job Type: Full-time

- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and follow-up on

leads.

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and

requirements.

- Present vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate

informed purchasing decisions.

- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring

customer satisfaction.

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the

phone.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute

to overall dealership success.

- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.

Experience

- Previous experience in sales is considered.

- Proven track record in achieving goals and demonstrating effective teamwork.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on

building rapport with customers.
